TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read thoroughly before signing up to join us.  Contact us at (540) 615 – 2761 or flyfitnessva@gmail.com with any questions.

Please do not attend class if you are ill or have been/suspect you have been exposed to illness. Please practice cough/sneeze etiquette and frequent handwashing/sanitizing in the studio.

All reservations are made in advance online (no walk-ins). You must create a profile in ScheduleBliss and have a current waiver on file prior to participating.

Your safety is our priority. Because levels can differ among studios, students who are new to Fly Fitness are required to register for Intro to Pole or Beginner Pole 1 and Beginner Lyra, regardless of prior experience. Our instructors will assess when you are ready to progress to the next level.

Fly Fitness does not offer refunds.

***All single passes, multi pass packs and membership passes (all levels) are good for 30 days from date of purchase.***  The only exception is lyra 4 pack which is good for 60 days from date of purchase.  Unused passes will not be returned, extended or refunded; please purchase passes based on your probable attendance prior to expiration.

If you are on the waitlist – please monitor your e-mail (including junk) frequently, up to and including the day of class; you could be moved off of the waitlist at any time. You will be notified by ScheduleBliss if you are moved into the class. If you do not get a spot, your pass will be returned. If you are moved off the waitlist within two or more hours of class time but do not attend class, your pass will not be returned. Should your ability to attend class change while you are still on the waitlist, please remove yourself so the next person in line can move up.

If you must miss your scheduled class please remove your name from the roster through ScheduleBliss at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class so other students can take advantage of the spot. Failure to do so will result in the class pass being forfeited. Repeated no shows will impact your ability to make future reservations.

In the event a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, students will be notified at least two hours prior to the scheduled class start time (via text or e-mail). Passes will be returned with the original expiration date in effect. Should a class be canceled during the last week of the month, the expiration date of that individual pass may be extended for one additional week at the discretion of Fly Fitness; the extention does not apply to any other passes that are part of a pack or membership. Alternatively, in lieu of returning passes, a make up class may be offered at the discretion of Fly Fitness.

Please read class descriptions in ScheduleBliss and sign up only for classes that are appropriate to your personal abilities and experience. Beginning students should sign up only for beginner classes. If you are unsure which classes are right for you, please ask.
