
INTRO TO POLE and BEGINNER POLE 1
The first stage of your pole journey! Build your confidence, strength and skills here. We will help you develop a solid foundation of spins and floor moves. This class is for first-time students (Intro to Pole is also a perfect choice for your initial class!), students who are in the early stages of their pole journeys, and students who want to revisit and refresh.
BEGINNER POLE 2
The next stage of your pole journey! Keep building confidence, strength and skills with your solid foundation of Beginner 1 moves. You’ll develop a strong pole climb and sit, learn some combo spins and more! Mastery of all Beginner Pole 1 moves and instructor approval is required to move into Beginner Pole 2.


INTERMEDIATE POLE 1
Learn new tricks (including your first invert!), polish existing skills and create combos. A challenging class filled with strength training and conditioning. This class will give you a broader knowledge of body mechanics and a solid foundation to take your skills to the next level. Designed for students who crave structure and a steady path to achieve their aerial pole goals. Mastery of all Beginner Pole 1 & 2 moves and instructor approval is required to move into Intermediate Pole 1.
INTERMEDIATE POLE 2
Get ready to take your skills to new heights! Now that you’ve perfected your basic invert and a few others, it’s time to add on and learn even more inverts and combos while continuing to build strength and endurance! Mastery of all Intermediate Pole 1 moves and instructor approval required to move into Intermediate Pole 2.


ADVANCED POLE/OPEN GYM
Looking for that extra time to focus on perfecting your moves? This is it! Warm up and cool down included as always – conditioning and new moves added in at instructor’s discretion! Preapproval required to join. DDF reserves the right to decline enrollment for safety.
FLEXIBILITY FLOW
A blend of mindfulness, mobility, stretching and strength. Flow your way to feeling better, moving better, and reaching your flexibility goals! Workout attire (not baggy) recommended; socks and knee pads optional but helpful.


CHAIR PLAY
Find out why chairs are good for more than just sitting! Learn how to incorporate a chair with pole – or all on it’s own! Starting your pole journey with Beginner 1 is recommended prior to enrolling in chair classes. Leggings are recommended. Knee pads are optional.
STRETCHING FOR POLERS & AERIALISTS
By popular demand! Ready to work on your flexibility to help you both on and off the pole or hoop? Meet us on the mat! Must be comfortable doing partner work.


HEEL RAISERS
Been poling for a while and ready to explore another side of your favorite workout? Well break out your platforms and get ready to turn up the attitude. Heel Raisers takes your pole repertoire to new heights – literally! This is an Intermediate+ level class.
SPIN POLE (Beg/Int + Int/Adv)
Spin Pole will challenge you to use your skills in a different way! The pole itself spins as you use it (versus static/non-moving). For Beg/Int, must be currently taking Beginner Pole 2 or above on a regular basis. For Int/Adv, must be currently taking Intermediate Pole 2 or above on a regular basis. Fly Fitness reserves the right to decline enrollment for safety reasons.


Lyra (Beginner + Intermediate)
Come fly with us in lyra (aerial hoop) as you build strength, grace, flexibility and confidence!
Classes include conditioning and stretching as well as hoop poses and sequences.
Our supportive instructors make lyra accessible for all levels.
Leggings required; please dispose of gum and remove jewelry prior to class.

HEELS PLAY (BEGINNER 2+)
So you’ve got your foundational moves down and are looking to add heels to your pole game? Well break out those platforms and take your practice to new heights with plenty of exploration time with our experienced instructor! Please note that only platforms such as Pleasers are appropriate for use on our floors. Suitable for Beginner 2+ students.


FLOOR PLAY
Base work and low flows will engage and challenge you in new ways! This format includes floor moves, transitions, combos and choreography as well as some open time to practice and explore! Musical selections could be hard and fast, slow and slithery – or a little bit of both! Heels recommended but not required. Knee pads highly suggested.
